How this started

Two years ago I started building websites for one reason: to get better at writing code. I'd pick a project, build it from scratch, and figure out how to make it faster and cleaner than the last one.

Then something happened that changed everything. A few of those sites started showing up on the first page of Google. Not because I paid for ads, but because they were fast, well-built, and structured the way search engines want. Watching a site climb from nowhere to page one was the most satisfying thing I had ever built.

That's when I realized I wasn't just into coding. I was passionate about ranking, and I loved building websites that actually do something for the people who own them.

Why Crossroad Leads

Indianapolis is literally the "Crossroads of America." Highways from every direction meet here. I named the company after that idea: your website should be the crossroads where customers searching for what you do meet your business.

Plenty of local businesses are still stuck with slow, outdated websites, or are paying big agencies for reports they don't understand. I want to give Indy-area businesses a better option: a local person who builds them a great site, gets them ranking, and picks up the phone when they call.
